    May 5, 2026    : Deadline for abstracts
  • May 15, 2026: Deadline for registration at a low fee
  • May 25, 2026: Notification for selection for oral presentation
  • June 20, 2026: Deadline for abstracts for poster presentation

Abstracts submitted after May 1st will only be selected for poster presentations.
Young scientists who are presenting abstracts will be given priority.
