Registration

REGISTRATION:
You can register by sending an e-mail to helicobacter.helsingor@gmail.com with the following detailes:
• Name
• E-mail
• Telephone number
• Institution and department
• which registration package (see options below)
• payment
•Your name will automatically be added to the list of participation in the abstract book, if this is something you do not want, please inform us in the registration e-mail

THE PACKAGE INCLUDES
• participation in the scientific programme
• abstract book
• accommodation at Konventium (former name LO-skolen) (3 nights) arranged by us
• all meals (3 days)
• participation in the social program

PAYMENT

There are two options for payment:

Option 1 Payment on webpage
Under each registration packages there are option for direct payment by creditcard. Find the correct package for you and just click the “pay here” button under each section.
Make sure to check that you have the right registration package.

Option 2 Payment by Bank transfer:

Make sure that your name and “HPI 2022, Rigshospitalet” are clearly stated on all payment transfer documents.

Once the registration fee has been received, you will get a confirmation by e-mail of your payment, and no further documents in this respect will be issued. 

Please note that credit cards are not accepted for “on site” registration.

REGISTRATION PACKAGES:

FOR SCIENTISTS FROM UNIVERSITIES ETC.:

• After June 1, 2022: DKK 8500 EUR 1100

• Young scientists (below 35 years of age): DKK 3000 EUR 450

• Registration for one day only (per day): DKK 2300 EUR 300

FOR SCIENTISTS FROM INDUSTRY:

• After June 1, 2022: DKK 15000 EUR 2000

• Registration for one day only (per day): DKK 4500 EUR 600

• For accompanying persons: DKK 5300 EUR 700
