By registering you are also agreeing to your name, country, and email is included in the abstract book.

Ticket price

This includes participation and accommodation

Ticket prices for scientists from universities

• Before May 15th 2026: 1100€
  • Young scientists (Below 35 years of age): 900€
• After May 15th 2026: 1200€
• One day pass: 400€
  • Add-on of multiple days is possible: 400€ per additional day
• Field trip to Louisiana: 45€

Ticket prices for scientists from industry

• Before May 15th 2026: 1700€
• After May 15th 2026: 2000€
• One day pass: 700€
  • Add-on of multiple days is possible: 700€ per additional day
• Field trip to Louisiana: 45€

Make sure that your name and “HPI 2026” are clearly stated on all payment transfer documents.

Once the registration fee has been received, you will get a confirmation by e-mail of your payment, and no further documents in this respect will be issued. 

Please note that credit cards are not accepted for “on site” registration.
